Restaurant Review - Tsui Hang Village - Hong Kong

A Mecca place for Chinese cooking!

Impression

There's no exaggeration in the topic - given that this place is absolutely one of the decades-old restaurant which offers quality Chinese cuisine to diners. The consistent quality and the never-end modernization of the food items have successfully build a strong base of loyal diners in Hong Kong, and gain its reputation overseas.

The dinner set we ordered costs around HKD400 per person. Of course we did not miss their signature barbecue pork with honey, which came with a generous serving of sliced tender pork in a sweet honey sauce as well as the jelly fish. It was too tough to say which is our favourite in this dinner set, though, the huge beef ribs really stood out by its super tender meats and the sour-and-sweet-and-spicy sauce. Such a yummy dipping sauce!

Meet and Exceed?

Undoubtedly, this has long been a classic place for diners who enjoy Cantonese dishes. As expected, we can taste that each dish has been being prepared with carefully select ingredients; and sauces that represent the authentic Guangdong cooking. Their uniqueness is probably the reason why this place has been standing strongly in Hong Kong for these years. By the way, there are currently 3 outlets in Hong Kong, even if you are not close to this one, feel free to visit the other one that is less far for you!
