Restaurant Review - Kim's Korean BBQ Restaurant - Hong Kong

Lovely night in enjoying Korean BBQ

Impression

When it comes to Korean food, we believe most of the people will talk about kimchi at the very first moment. This is also the case for us. But in addition to kimchi, there's more for Korean classic dishes. We came to this place the other day at night, and we found this place is quite a good one that we would like to recommend to you all.

By the way, you may find out that recently the photo we have taken and posted are a bit different from the past. That's right! Because we have bought a new camera - a relatively more professional one, and are trying to use it in the right way...Do give us some time to work it out haha.

Korean ramen is very similar to instant noodles in our opinion - or should we say it is really exactly the same? Anyways, this Korean style Beef Noodles (HKD 58) was close to what we usually make at home for a quick meal, so if you are looking for something that is more decent, skip this one.

The Fried Dumplings (HKD 78) becomes almost our favourite during the night. Freshly fried and super crispy. Love how much ingredients they have wrapped in the dumplings. Not a great deal though - with only 6 of them.

For the BBQ part, we have ordered Grilled Beef Rib Finger (HKD 138) and Grilled Beef Tongue (HKD 128). As you can see, the portion was quite generous and the color of them were so attractive. You can be assured the freshness of the meats and the juiciness of them after grilling them at once. Yummy!

We have observed that the management team is a Korean family, not only does that guarantee the level of authenticity of the dishes served, but also the passion they have towards bringing their traditional food to a new place - Hong Kong. The BBQ style is particularly popular here, and we found that the ingredients provided in this place is both fresh and nicely presented - as well as the cooked dishes like Fried Dumplings.
