A cozy cafe for Western dinner set?

This time I was coming alone during the dinner time. Still, a wide variety of choices in the menu, with most of them being Western items. Their food items are usually in consistent quality, which is something I enjoyed as sometimes a tiny cafe could not manage to achieve this aspect with limited resources.

The salad and the soup were relatively standard. On the other hand, the baked cheese rice with pork was so tasty and cheesy! Generous portion of everything - including the meat, the veggies and the rice. The freshly baked products are always the best.

Impression

I have to say I did not know there are restaurants or cafes in this popular building. I have been to here a few times but never noticed anything about food. Maybe that's because of my laziness haha, delaying the response of finding out new places. Turned out, we were surprised by the casual Western dishes provided in this place and would like to introduce to you all.

  

The Green Salad and Today's Soup came first. I have added HKD25 for the Green Salad and Dessert. The salad and the soup were average, nothing wow-ed but able to live up to our expectations.

We have ordered this Tomyum Prawn Pasta in Cream Sauce (HKD108) which was quite nice especially in terms of the pasta itself. The texture was exactly what it should be and the sauce has been seasoned with the right amount of ingredients. The portion was generous. The price setting was not particularly low so it would be greater if fresh prawn is used, instead of the frozen ones.

The Cheesecake was an ordinary one and we were glad that they have put some efforts in presenting it - with some chocolate sauce at the side. We were not sure if it's homemade or not, but we like the fact that it was not too sweet or feeling heavy. By the way, all dinner sets include Today's Soup a drink below hkd32.

Meet and Exceed?

We enjoyed the dinner here with the speedy service and meal served. Not a very economical choice but you would be free to stay longer and chill. There are 9 choices on the menu and we were surprised they have one vegetarian option! If you have a big party, they can certainly accommodate that with a party menu as well.
