The best Meatballs in Kenting Night Market!

The deep fried meat ball is definite one of the most unique food I've seen in the night market tonight. The meatball is coated with a crispy outer layer, with tender beef or pork in the middle layer, and soft molten cheese at its core.

The Mozzarella Cheese Sausage Ball (NTD 80) is the most impressive. Crispy on the outside, with tender and juicy bacon bits in the middle. The bacon has a touch of sweetness, probably from the apple used in the making of this meatball. The cheese in the middle is soft and chewy, giving this meatball a multitude of flavor and texture. A very impressive one.

The Cheese Beef Balls (NTD 80) is also very tasty. With a crispy shell and juicy minced beef in the middle. Paired with some herbs and molten mozzarella cheese at the core. The flavour of the herbs and the beef shine at the same time.

All the meatballs are being deep-fried on the spot to ensure the highest quality and the freshest taste. The flavour of these four were quite unique so I have to say they are really creative in developing the recipe! With the reasonable price, we would highly recommend this place if you pass by.
