Who doesn't like skewers?

Seriously, this is the question I really want to ask - Who doesn't like skewers? We are such a big fan of grilled food, that's why this question is somehow an unnecessary one for us lol Maybe you really have concern in having skewers, but even so, this place also offered food items which are not skewers - you can find those you like!

To have some carb, we have ordered this Spicy Minced Pork with Rice & Fried Egg (HKD 48). Being made freshly, it was particularly yummy. The fried egg was so standard that it has almost wow-ed us by its perfect shape haha. The portion is generous, as you can see in the picture below, that it has almost outweigh the rice. They minced pork has been well-seasoned and not being too fatty.

So here's the group of satay we ordered, including Pork Neck (HKD 14), Chicken Cartilage (HKD 14), Shu Mai Satay (HKD 12), and Drunken Chicken Wings (HKD 18; 2 pieces). Out of the 4 items, our finalized favourite one is the Pork Neck, which have been dipped into some green curry (so you can see its green color). This combination is awesome that this sauce has made the pork (because of the marinating process) very tender and juicy! Others were good too, just the portion of the cartilage was a bit less than we expected.

Coming to a Thai place, for sure we did not forget to order the Hainan Chicken (HKD 75; half). The tender texture has made us fall in love with it and also the homemade sauce! A bit sour but definitely a great match with the chicken. This is exactly how Hainan chicken should be. We think the price is quite reasonable too, with its quality. It was boneless by the way, but without mentioning on the menu.

Meet and Exceed?

The quality of food is good and even the non-skewers items have satisfied us. An interesting thing is that we realized the non-skewers items are more in a great deal with affordable price. The skewers were of course good, but not particularly economical. So, make your choice! One more thing I need to mention is that the menu has included accurate (grammatically correct) English translation that we really appreciated. Even for local place, they have put time and effort in creating a reader-friendly menu for diners.
